Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de cancer du poumon humain, tissu de cancer de l'œsophage humain, tissu testiculaire humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Informations générales

MAGEA3 is a member of the MAGEA family, , which belongs to chromosome X-clustered cancer/testis antigens. MAGEA3 is expressed in various human cancers including melanoma, brain, breast, lung, thyroid, colorectal, gastric, pancreatic and ovarian cancer. The aberrant expression of MAGEA3 is associated with poor clinical prognosis in many tumor types. The antibody is specific to MAGEA3.
