  IHC staining of mouse testis using 83300-2-RR (same clone as 83300-2-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 83300-2-RR (CARHSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83300-2-RR (same clone as 83300-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CARHSP1 antibody (83300-2-RR, Clone: 230489F3 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83300-2-RR (same clone as 83300-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CARHSP1 Recombinant antibody (83300-2-RR, Clone:230489F3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83300-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83300-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83300-2-RR against Human CARHSP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.36 nM.

Background Information

CARHSP1(calcium-regulated heat-stable protein 1, a 24 kDa protein also known as CRHSP-24) is a ubiquitously expressed phosphoprotein that is comprised of 147 amino acids with nearly 14% proline (PMID: 21990353,30257675). CARHSP1 was discovered as a biomarker for diabetic retinopathy and as a regulator of TNF-α mRNA stability in macrophages (PMID: 21078874). CARHSP1 may be involved in oxidative stress via traffic between stress granules and processing bodies (PMID: 21177848).
