  FC experiment of PC-3 using CL594-66664

  1X10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human DDX54 (CL594-66664, Clone:1H9F4) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite®594 Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (CL594-65208, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
