  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed PC-3 cells using RGS12 antibody (29803-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 29803-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Regulator of G-protein signaling 12 (RGS12) regulates G protein-coupled receptor signaling cascades. Inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits, thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. This antibody can be detected as 140-150 kDa.
