Background Information

Coatomer protein complex subunit zeta 2 (COPZ2) and Coatomer protein complex subunit zeta 1 (COPZ1) respectively encode a subunit of coatomer protein complex 1 (COPI). COPI is a secretory vesicle coat protein complex involved in the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum traffic, endosome maturation, and autophagy (PMID: 21746916). This antibody recognizes COPZ2.
