Background Information
Cytokeratin 75 is a kind of intermediate silk protein belonging to cytokeratin family, which mainly exists in epithelial cells. Intermediate filament protein is one of the components of cytoskeleton, which is a network system composed of microtubules, microfilaments and intermediate filaments. It plays a key role in maintaining cell morphology, cell movement, intracellular material transport and other cell functions. The molecular weight of cytokeratin is generally between 40 and 68 kDa.
