  FC experiment of Raji using 98163-1-RR (same clone as 98163-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Raji cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human 4-1BBL/TNFSF9 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98163-1-RR, Clone: 241386G2) (red) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98163-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98163-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98163-1-RR against Human 4-1BBL/TNFSF9 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.233 nM.
