  WB analysis of Jurkat using 55450-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55450-1-AP (CXCR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of Jurkat using 55450-1-AP

  IP result of anti-CXCR1 (IP:55450-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:55450-1-AP 1:500) with Jurkat cells lysate 4000ug.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 55450-1-AP

Hintergrundinformationen

CXCR1, also named CMKAR1, IL8RA, and CD181, belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. It is a receptor to interleukin-8, a powerful neutrophil chemotactic factor. The binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. CXCR1 binds to IL-8 with a high affinity and to MGSA (GRO) with a low affinity. This antibody is specific to CXCR1.
