  WB analysis of human liver using 14593-1-AP

  human liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14593-1-AP (ITGA9 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A549 using 14593-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14593-1-AP (ITGA9 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of A549 using 14593-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed A549 cells using 14593-1-AP (Integrin alpha-9 antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
