  FC experiment of A431 using 83865-1-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Loricrin Recombinant antibody (83865-1-RR, Clone:240605C8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Loricrin, also named LOR and LRN, is a major component of the cornified cell envelope (CE) expressed late in epidermal differentiation in the granular layers of normal skin. This antibody is specific to Loricrin.
