About the immunofluorescence (IF) workshop
The Immunofluorescence (IF) Imaging and Antibody Labeling Practical Workshop is designed for PhD students who want to improve their IF staining skills and image analysis techniques.
Immunofluorescence (IF) staining is a widely used technique in biological research and clinical diagnostics. IF utilizes fluorescent-labeled antibodies to detect and visualize specific target antigens within cells. Although it is a well-established tool, multiple factors have to be considered and various optimization steps have to be taken to ensure successful staining.
Led by Dr. Larisa Yurlova, Senior Scientist and IF expert at Proteintech Germany, this interactive, hands-on course will guide you through every step of the immunofluorescence workflow from sample preparation to image analysis.
