Background Information
Lymphocyte-specific protein 1(LSP1), also known as leukocyte-specific protein 1, is an F-actin binding and cytoskeleton associated protein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages. LSP1 is a substrate for mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)-activated protein kinase 2 and protein kinase C. The implication of LSP1 in diverse biological processes, such as inflammation and malignancy, suggests the major regulatory role of LSP1 in signal transduction(PMID: 38254711).

What published studies show
The LSP1 Polyclonal antibody (Cat# 15593-1-AP) has 1 citation to date. It was cited in a study published in FASEB Journal (2025), which developed a lactylation-based diagnostic model for identifying molecular subtypes and therapeutic targets in dilated cardiomyopathy. The antibody was used in Western blot and IHC applications on human samples. The research field encompasses cardiomyopathy, post-translational modifications (lactylation), and molecular diagnostics.
