One user reported excellent performance in Western Blot on iPSC-CM cells, using a 1:1000 dilution with overnight 4°C incubation and standard transfer conditions, yielding clear results. Another user, however, reported no visible bands in HEK293T cells at a 1:500 dilution, even after testing multiple lysate concentrations. Overall, the antibody appears to perform well in certain cell types but may require optimization or may not be suitable for all applications.
