Background Information
SYT7, also named as PCANAP7 and IPCA-7, belongs to the synaptotagmin family. SYT7 may be involved in Ca2+-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca2+ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain or may serve as Ca2+ sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis.

Reviews
What customers say
The single review for this product is negative. The reviewer reported that the antibody failed to detect the expected 42–46 kDa band in any tissue or cell lysate tested. Instead, only an approximately 55 kDa band appeared in mouse brain tissue and cells, along with a ~100 kDa band across all lanes. The antibody was used for Western Blot at a 1:1000 dilution on HEK293T, Neuro2A, mouse primary cerebellar neurons, and various mouse tissues. Overall, the product did not meet the reviewer's expectations regarding the declared molecular weight.

Olga (Verified Customer) (01-17-2025) | I was disapointed as it did not recognize the band of declared 42-46 kDa in any tissue and cell lysate tested - only the bands of about 55 kDa and mouse brain tissue and cells - and a band of about 100 kDa in all lanes
