What published studies show

The WDR82 Polyclonal antibody (catalog number 21354-1-AP) has 2 total citations. These appear in the Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research and Science Advances. The cited research spans oncology and stem cell biology: one study examined radiotherapy resistance in breast cancer driven by asparagine endopeptidase through ATR pathway modulation, while the other investigated EIF3D's role in maintaining signaling pathway homeostasis during human primed pluripotency. Both applications used Western blotting in human samples.

What customers say

The single review rates the antibody 5 stars. It was used for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence on mouse and human prostate tissue and BHPrS1 cells. At a 1:100 dilution for staining BHPrS1 cells, the reviewer plans to reduce it to 1:500. For IHC of mouse and human prostate tissue at 1:200, it performed well. Overall, the antibody was described as highly effective and reliable for the intended applications.

The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.

Mia (Verified Customer) (07-01-2025)

This antibody was incredibly helpful for my summer project while in medical school. It was used at a 1:100 dilution for staining BHPrS1 cells, and we are planning to drop the dilution to 1:500. It was also used at a 1:200 dilution for IHC of mouse and human prostate tissue, and worked wonderfully.

  • Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence
  • Primary Antibody Dilution: 1:200 for IHC, 1:100 for ICC
  • Cell Tissue Type: Mouse & human prostate, BHPrS1 cells
