Reviews
What customers say
The single available review is negative. The user attempted the antibody for both Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry on postnatal cerebellum tissue (P2–P14). They tested multiple lysis buffers and blocking conditions (5% milk, 2% BSA) at dilutions ranging from 1:100 to 1:1000, but reported that the antibody did not produce usable results in either application.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
Juan Pablo (Verified Customer) (11-29-2018) | I tried with different lysis buffer. I tried blocking with 5% milk or 2% BSA. Never worked for me. Didn't work for immunohistochemistry either dilution 1:1000 and 1:100.
