WB analysis using 67983-1-Ig (same clone as 67983-1-PBS)
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67983-1-Ig (NFIX antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. Background Information

NFIX, also named CTF, belongs to the CTF/NF-I family. NFIX recognizes and binds the palindromic sequence 5'-TTGGCNNNNNGCCAA-3' present in viral and cellular promoters and in the origin of replication of adenovirus type 2. NFIX is individually capable of activating transcription and replication.
