Niemann Pick C2 Recombinant monoclonal antibody, PBS Only (Capture)

HepG2 were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 2.5 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 ug/mL streptomycin sulfate. An aliquot of the cell culture supernate was removed, assayed for human NPC2, and measured 0.3 ng/mL.

The mean NPC2 concentration was determined to be 5.3 ng/mL in HepG2 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load.

Serum of six individual healthy human donors was measured. The NPC2 concentration of detected samples was determined to be 2.7 ng/mL with a range of 1.7-3.7 ng/mL.

Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP03546-1, Human NPC2 Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 86293-6-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Eg9493. 86293-5-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 39.1-2500 pg/mL.
