FKBPL Recombinant monoclonal antibody, PBS Only (Capture)

The mean FKBPL concentration was determined to be 2.5 ng/mL in HeLa cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 1.4 ng/mL in HT-29 cell extract based on a 1.5 mg/mL extract load, 3.4 ng/mL in A2780 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load and 2.5 ng/mL in OVCAR-3 cell extract based on a 2.5 mg/mL extract load.

Plasma of six individual healthy human donors was measured. The FKBPL concentration of detected samples was determined to be 0.6 ng/mL with a range of 0.2-1.1 ng/mL.
