• 

  WB analysis using 17022-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17022-1-AP (ACTR3B antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A431 using 17022-1-AP

  WB result of ACTR3B antibody (17022-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ACTR3B transfected A431 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse pancreas using 17022-1-AP

  mouse pancreas tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17022-1-AP (ACTR3B antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
