  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using AGXT antibody (83385-6-RR, Clone: 240305E7 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83385-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83385-6-RR (same clone as 83385-6-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug AGXT Recombinant antibody (83385-6-RR, Clone:240305E7) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83385-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83385-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83385-6-RR against Human AGXT were performed. The affinity constant is 0.226 nM.

Background Information

AGXT (AGT) is a key enzyme in glyoxylate detoxification. Mutations of AGXT lead to primary hyperoxaluria type I, a rare metabolic disease which is characterized by deficient AGXT, excessive hepatic oxalate production that leads to renal failure.
