  WB analysis of Jurkat using 21100-1-AP (same clone as 21100-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21100-1-AP (ANKRD13D Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21100-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ANKRD13D, also named as Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 13D, is a 518 amino acid protein, which contains 4 UIM (ubiquitin-interacting motif) repeats. ANKRD13D localizes in the cell membrane and late endosome. ANKRD13D as a ubiquitin-binding protein that specifically recognizes and binds 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin.
