Background Information

Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 22 (ANKRD22) is a novel N-myristoylated protein with a predicted single-pass transmembrane domain. ANKRD22 could potentially act as a novel therapeutic target for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (PMID: 28667340).
