  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 24032-1-AP (same clone as 24032-1-PBS)

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24032-1-AP (ANKRD50 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24032-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 24032-1-AP (same clone as 24032-1-PBS)

  IP result of anti-ANKRD50 (IP:24032-1-AP, 5ug; Detection:24032-1-AP 1:300) with HEK-293 cells lysate 4000ug. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24032-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using 24032-1-AP (ANKRD50 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24032-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
