Vivienne (Verified Customer) (09-08-2025) | Lysates were prepared without cooking. 1x10^6 cells were incubated with RIPA buffer and sonified. After this BCA assay was performed for analysing the protein concentration. 50 µl plus 25 µl 3X Lämmli buffer + mercaptoethanol.
