  Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMCs using Biotin anti-human CD3 and APC Streptavidin: human PBMCs were stained with Biotin CD3 Recombinant Antibody (Cat.No. Biotin-65569, Clone: OKT3), washed with PBS, and stained with APC Streptavidin (Cat.No. PF00022) and analyzed by flow cytometry.

Product Information

The APC Streptavidin (Cat.No. PF00022) is a conjugated product of a fluorescent marker (allophycocyanin, APC) and streptavidin by covalent bonding. The product is in solution. The recommended dosage for each test is 0.0125 ug/test. The concentration must be optimized for each experiment to ensure optimal staining. The APC Streptavidin is suitable for the detection of biotin-labeled antibodies, nucleic acids, proteins, or other biotin-labeled molecules.
