Background Information
ARD1B, also named as NAA11 and ARD2, belongs to the acetyltransferase family and ARD1 subfamily. In complex with NAA15, ARD1B displays alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity. It is tissue-specific and is epigenetically regulated by DNA methylation.
