  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using ARID1B antibody (82979-6-RR, Clone: 230222A11 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1).CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82979-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using 82979-6-RR (same clone as 82979-6-PBS)

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ARID1B Recombinant antibody (82979-6-RR, Clone:230222A11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82979-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82979-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82979-6-RR against Human ARID1B were performed. The affinity constant is 1.14 nM.
