Background Information
Armadillo repeat-containing protein 8 (Armc8) is a key factor to regulate cell membrane adhesion complex through promoting α-catenin degradation. Armc8 expression was elevated during atypia-to-carcinoma progression and may be associated with cancer development of breast carcinoma (PMID: 25119601).

Reviews
What customers say
Both reviewers used this antibody for Western Blot on HEK293T cells at a 1:2000 dilution. One rated it 5 stars, noting it works quite well but may show a few off-target bands if sample loading is excessive. The other gave 4 stars, highlighting that it detects both ARMC8a and ARMC8b isoforms and produces clear signal intensity, making it easy to identify the correct bands immediately. Overall, users report strong specific signal with minor caveats around sample loading.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
S (Verified Customer) (12-31-2021) | This antibody works quite well. There are a few off target bands though, if the samples are loaded too much.

H (Verified Customer) (09-27-2020) | This antibody detects both ARMC8a and b. The signal was good enough to tell which are the right bands immediately.
