  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using Alkyl-DHAP synthase/AGPS antibody (86472-3-RR, Clone: 251340H3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86472-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86472-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86472-3-RR against Human Alkyl-DHAP synthase/AGPS were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
