  WB analysis using 85363-1-RR (same clone as 85363-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85363-1-RR (BCL11B antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85363-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 85363-1-RR (same clone as 85363-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using BCL11B antibody (85363-1-RR, Clone: 242683B9 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85363-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 85363-1-RR (same clone as 85363-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug BCL11B Recombinant antibody (85363-1-RR, Clone:242683B9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85363-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

BCL11B, also named CTIP2, RIT1, CTIP-2, ZNF856B, and hRIT1-alpha, is a tumor-suppressor protein involved in T-cell lymphomas. It may function on the P53-signaling pathway. BCL11B is a key regulator of both differentiation and survival during thymocyte development. It depresses transcription through direct, TFCOUP2-independent binding to a GC-rich response element. This antibody is specific to BCL11B. The calculated molecular weight of BCL11B is 95 kDa but the modified BCL11B protein is about 116 kDa.
