IF Staining of MCF-7 using 83314-6-RR (same clone as 83314-6-PBS)
Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using BRAP antibody (83314-6-RR, Clone: 240099D8 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83314-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83314-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
FC experiment of HeLa using 83314-6-RR (same clone as 83314-6-PBS)
1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug BRAP Recombinant antibody (83314-6-RR, Clone:240099D8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83314-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83314-6-RR
Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83314-6-RR against Human BRAP were performed. The affinity constant is 6.34 nM.
