  WB analysis using 67755-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67755-1-Ig (CCDC45 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of U2OS using 67755-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using CCDC45 antibody (67755-1-Ig, Clone: 1A12A7 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).
