  1X10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CCR7 (55425-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

Background Information

C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7) , which belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, is also a receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine, and probablely acts as mediator of EBV effects on B-lymphocytes or of normal lymphocyte functions. CCR7 is specially expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activated B- and T-lymphocytes, and can be strongly up-regulated in B-cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T-cells infected with herpesvirus 6 or 7.
