  WB analysis of MC/9 using 83419-4-RR (same clone as 83419-4-PBS)

  MC/9 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83419-4-RR (CD117/c-kit antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83419-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83419-4-PBS

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83419-4-RR against Mouse CD117/c-Kit were performed. The affinity constant is 0.4 nM.
