  1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse CD48 (65227-1-Ig, Clone:HM48-1) and FITC anti-Armenian Hamster IgG Antibody at dilution 1:100 (red), or 0.5 ug Control Antibody. Cells were not fixed .
