  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Raji and Jurkat cells using CD5 antibody (83543-6-RR, Clone: 240428A12 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83543-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83543-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83543-6-RR against Human CD5 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.747 nM.
