    1X10^6 PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CD71 (CL488-65235, Clone: OKT9) (red) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (blue). Unactivated PBMCs were stained with CL488-65235 (black). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
