  IHC staining of human testis using 28169-1-AP (same clone as 28169-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis tissue slide using 28169-1-AP (CDADC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28169-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

CDADC1 (cytidine and dCMP deaminase domain containing 1) catalyzes the deamination of cytidine and deoxycytidine into uridine and deoxyuridine, respectively, and may play an important role in testicular development and spermatogenesis (PMID: 26945630, 16955368).
