  WB analysis of Jurkat using 17701-1-AP (same clone as 17701-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17701-1-AP (CDCA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17701-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP result of anti-CDCA2 (IP:17701-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:17701-1-AP 1:800) with Jurkat cells lysate 2800ug. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17701-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 17701-1-AP (same clone as 17701-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using 17701-1-AP (CDCA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17701-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Cell division cycle associated 2(CDCA2) is a nuclear protein that is a specific regulatory subunit for protein phosphatase 1γ (PP1γ). CDCA2 is a candidate factor involved in preparing mitotic chromatin for the transition to interphase, and controls PP1γ-dependent essential DDR regulationCDCA2 regulates the DNA damage response(DDR) in cell cycle. In addition, CDCA2 modulates phosphorylation of major mitotic histone H3 in a PP1-dependent manner. We got 125 kDa in western blotting maybe due to its phosphorylation.
