Background Information

CDH10, also named as T2-cadherin, is one of cadherins which are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins. Cadherins preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. The antibody is raised against the C-term of CDH10.
