  WB analysis of human peripheral blood platelets using 83381-1-RR (same clone as 83381-1-PBS)

  human peripheral blood platelets were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83381-1-RR (CMIP antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 83381-1-RR (same clone as 83381-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 83381-1-RR (CMIP antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CMIP Recombinant Antibody (83381-1-RR, Clone:240059C12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

The gene of CMIP was isolated from one patient of minimal change nephrotic syndrome. The gene encodes two isoforms: CMIP and truncated CMIP. The predicted CMIP and truncated CMIP proteins contain 739 and 679 amino acids and have calculated molecular masses of 85 and 75 kD, respectively. The two isoforms have different distribution and expression pattern.
