  WB analysis of RAW 264.7 using 84919-4-RR (same clone as 84919-4-PBS)

  RAW 264.7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84919-4-RR (CSF1R/CD115 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84919-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed RAW 264.7 cells using CSF1R/CD115 antibody (84919-4-RR, Clone: 242213E1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84919-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
