• 

  WB analysis using 16355-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16355-1-AP (CYP2C9 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of SMMC-7721 using 16355-1-AP

  SMMC-7721 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16355-1-AP (CYP2C9 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

CYP2C9 (Cytochrome P450 Family 2 Subfamily C Member 9) is a crucial cytochrome P450 enzyme, which plays a significant role in the metabolism, by oxidation, of both xenobiotic and endogenous compounds. CYP2C9 is primarily expressed in the liver, and the expression level is reported to be the second highest among CYP isoforms(PMID: 20150829).
