Product Information
The HRP enzyme-labelled anti-mouse/rabbit secondary antibody binds specifically to the heavy and light chains of mouse and rabbit IgG. It passes through the diaminobenzidine (DAB) chromogenic solution to form a tan insoluble product. It is mainly used for immunohistochemical staining.

Storage
Store at 2-8℃ away from light, valid for 12 months.
Usage
1. DAB Staining Solution (freshly prepared as required): Mix solution A and solution B in a dilution ratio of 20:1, and use.
2. Add 50-100 uL of the above DAB staining solution to completely cover the sectioned tissue (if the tissue is large, the amount can be increased appropriately), incubate for 3-10 minutes, rinse with distilled water, and terminate the colour development.
