• 

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 21473-1-AP

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21473-1-AP (DMRTC1B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse spleen using 21473-1-AP

  mouse spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21473-1-AP (DMRTC1B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

•

Background Information

DMRTC1B, also named as Doublesex- and mab-3-related transcription factor C1, is a 192 amino acid protein, which belongs to the DMRT family. DMRTC1B is predominantly expressed in kidney, pancreas, ovary and testis. Detected in brain and in many other tissues. DMRTC1B exists two isoform and molecular weight of isoforms are 20 kDa and 13 kDa.
