  WB analysis using 82678-2-RR (same clone as 82678-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82678-2-RR (DNMT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82678-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82678-2-RR (same clone as 82678-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug DNMT1 Recombinant antibody (82678-2-RR, Clone:240302E2) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82678-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82678-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82678-2-RR against Human DNMT1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
