  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14087-1-AP (DOK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14087-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Docking protein 2 (Dok2) is an adapter protein which is involved in hematopoiesis. Dok2 is able to control Klf1 expression by transcriptional regulation through directly binding to its promoter region (PMID: 25075100).
