  WB analysis using 68312-1-Ig (same clone as 68312-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68312-1-Ig (DYNLT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68312-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB result of DYNLT1 antibody (68312-1-Ig; 1:5000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-DYNLT1 transfected HEK-293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68312-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed C2C12 cells using DYNLT1 antibody (68312-1-Ig, Clone: 2E3D4 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68312-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

DYNLT (or Tctex-1) was originally described as a light chain component of the dynein motor complex. Tctex-1 also has several dynein-independent functions, including roles in G protein signaling activation and neuronal growth. Tctex-1 is selectively enriched in proliferating neural progenitors of both embryonic and adult brains. Genetic knockdown of Tctex-1 in radial precursors promoted neurogenesis, indicating its implication in regulation of cortical neurogenesis. (PMID: 19448628)
