  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 85113-4-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ETS2 Recombinant antibody (85113-4-RR, Clone:242817H8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  ChIP experiment of K-562 using 85113-4-RR

  Chromatin was prepared from K-562 cells. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 15 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of ETS2 (85113-4-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85113-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85113-4-RR against Human ETS2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
